How to send us files?

Itero: To send us cases from iTero, add CreoDent Prosthetics (#10655) to your scanner menu (next time logging onto the scanner, CreoDent will be available to receive scan data). Note: You can also add CreoDent to your menu by contacting Cadent/iTERO technical support at 800-577-8767.

Trios: Send your 3Shape TRIOS scans to Creo Dental using 3Shape Communicate™. TRIOS order forms can be customized to match specific information requirements and offerings from Creo Dental Laboratory, making it easy to create new orders, attach 2-D images and convey all case aspects to our lab.

Cerec: To send us the CEREC digital image file with Sirona Connect, just follow the guideline that is given with Sirona scan protocol. Make sure to input your restoration preferences and send scans of the prepared files. The files will include images of the prepared teeth with adjacent teeth, bite image from the buccal side, and the opposing. For anterior cases, please include the scans of the preoperative condition and/or a scan with the temporary in place for optimal design results. For more assistance please call 800-659-5977.

Planmeca PlanScan® E4D (DDX Network ): CreoDent is on the DDX network. Clients can log on to DDX and search for our company name. Add us and call the lab to finish the signup process. Then follow case loading procedure, export the stl file and email it to us. If the client does not have the DDX account, please contact lab. For more assistance please call 800-537-6070.

Carestream CS3500: We are a preferred lab to receive files from Carestream. Send us an invite with CS Connect and we will be automatically added to your network.

3M True Definition Scanner: During the purchase of your scanner, 3M will ask you to identify a primary lab to begin receiving your digital impression files. We are listed with preferred lab. Please ask to add us to be your lab and notify us. Follow the prep procedures and send files to CreoDent using the software within 3M True Definition.

We primarily interact with 3M via the 3M™ Connection Center, a web application that stores, sends and converts the digital impression files captured by the scanner. Since your files are stored here, we can go back to past cases as well.
