#1 The patient’s old bridge had fallen out due to the lack of retention of stock abutments. The patient also had moderate peri-implantitis because of the cement remnants. The old abutments were removed and the peri-implantitis was treated for a week.

#2 After treatment, the abutments were re-inserted and a temporary bridge was delivered while new abutments and a zirconia bridge were being fabricated. The CAD/CAM custom abutments and zirconia bridge were fabricated with the cut-back technique.

#3 Feldspathic porcelain was applied on the buccal and tissue area.
