#1 This patient went to the dentist with existing PFM bridges, metal crowns and RPD for the lower posterior region. The color and proportions of the restorations were incorrect.

#2 The PFM crowns and RPD were replaced with zirconia crowns and implant zirconia crowns.

#3 Anterior crowns were fabricated with labial cutback and layering.

#4 Monolithic posterior crowns were fabricated for better strength.
