SMS Text Messaging Service Terms
Program: Creodent uses SMS text messaging (844-491-6289) strictly for Case notifications to keep clients informed on the status of their dental cases.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on case activity and updates. You will receive text messages when there are updates regarding your dental cases.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier will apply to all SMS communications.
Opt-Out: Text STOP to 844-491-6289 to unsubscribe at any time. After texting STOP, you will receive a confirmation message. You may opt back in at any time by signing up again through our notification signup page.

Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
