#2 A zirconia abutment and crown were chosen for #8 and a zirconia crown was chosen for #9.

#3 Both crowns were layered with porcelain minimally.

#4 Two implants were placed on #23 and #26 and then a 4-unit monolithic zirconia bridge was fabricated.
